Commissioning Atmos boilers – Professional start-up and adjustment

Scope of services

Our commissioning service includes fine-tuning the boiler, flue gas measurement with pressure testing, and completion of the warranty protocol. The service includes travel to and from the site as well as on-site labor (see durations for single and double systems).

Duration and directions

The on-site installation takes approximately 4 hours for single systems and approximately 6 hours for double systems or combination boilers. Travel to and from the site is included in the service.

Requirements for commissioning

The following conditions must be met upon the arrival of our customer service technician: The system is ready for operation, the boiler is switched off and cleaned, the system is filled with water and fully electrically wired, and all safety fittings are connected.

If any of these conditions are not met, measurement and fine-tuning cannot be carried out. If additional work is required, this will be billed separately based on measurements and time spent (see section Additional Costs).

Fuel requirements

Sufficient suitable fuel is required for flue gas measurement and fine-tuning. For HVG (high-efficiency gas boilers), use untreated logs (cross-section approx. 12–15 cm, length 300 mm or 500 mm depending on boiler size, residual moisture 12–15%). For pellet boilers, use pellets conforming to the DIN Plus standard.

Measurement, warranty and documentation

The emissions measurement is documented with a printed receipt and fine-tuned during the appointment. We also complete the warranty report to ensure all relevant measurements and settings are recorded in a traceable manner.

Payment and invoicing information

CLIENT = INVOICE RECEIVER - subsequent changes to the invoice recipient cannot be considered! Payment is due in advance; the invoice will be sent to the specified client/invoice recipient.

Additional material and labor costs

If additional work is necessary because the above-mentioned requirements are not met or further materials are needed, material costs will be calculated based on measurements and labor. Labor costs will be billed at €65.00 per hour (net).

Please ensure that the system is fully prepared and the necessary fuel is available when our technician arrives. Only then can the appointment be carried out efficiently and full performance be achieved.
