The Caleffi automatic heating system filling valve is specifically designed for the reliable operation of closed-loop heating systems. This compact, complete system comprises a shut-off valve with an easily accessible, inspectable strainer, a highly effective BA-type system separator with a controllable, pressure-reducing zone, and a precisely adjustable filling valve. These components ensure maximum operational reliability and allow for user-friendly installation, even in confined spaces. To minimize heat loss and prevent condensation, the filling valve is supplied complete with a pre-formed insulating shell.

The automatic filling valve performs the essential task of continuously maintaining the operating pressure of the heating system at the desired setpoint and automatically refilling any missing water. The preset pressure allows for precise configuration of the desired setpoint before the system is filled. This simplifies maintenance and significantly increases operational reliability. Installation is intended exclusively for the filling line of closed heating systems.

A key element is the system separator, which guarantees compliance with the EN 1717 standard and prevents potentially contaminated water from the heating circuit from flowing back into the drinking water network. This ensures that the filling valve guarantees hygienic drinking water safety and reliably protects the entire water supply system from contamination.
