Travel to and from the site is included in the service.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003ch3\u003eRequirements for commissioning\u003c\/h3\u003e  \u003cp\u003eThe following conditions must be met upon the arrival of our customer service technician: The system is ready for operation, the boiler is switched off and cleaned, the system is filled with water and fully electrically wired, and all safety fittings are connected.\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003cp\u003eIf any of these conditions are not met, measurement and fine-tuning cannot be carried out. If additional work is required, this will be billed separately based on measurements and time spent (see section Additional Costs).\u003c\/p\u003e  \u003ch3\u003eFuel requirements\u003c\/h3\u003e  \u003cp\u003eSufficient suitable fuel is required for flue gas measurement and fine-tuning. For HVG (high-efficiency gas boilers), use untreated logs (cross-section approx. 12–15 cm, length 300 mm or 500 mm depending on boiler size, residual moisture 12–15%).
